Philip Grainger ACA - Phil oversees our consultancy and outsourcing departments. His relaxed and approachable style is appreciated by both clients and our team alike. Since qualifying in 1992 Phil has specialised in providing business solutions to owner managers in the service sector. His excellent system skills have assisted many clients in managing and understanding their growing businesses. He works extensively with the main small business accounting packages; QuickBooks, Sage and MYOB, through to implementing more sophisticated systems for our larger clients. Richard Hayward ACA - Richard oversees our corporate services department, with his focus on providing commercial advice which delivers value to our clients. He works closely with businesses in developing and implementing business strategies. He specialises in working with overseas businesses who want to establish a UK presence.

Malcolm McKinnell ACA - Malcolm is a chartered accountant with almost 25 years experience in the profession. He trained with medium-sized city firm Longcrofts. In 1992 he, and Richard, set up their own practice, Ward Williams, which now has offices in Surrey and Berkshire. Malcolm oversees our business services and tax departments. Clients welcome the way he provides advice in a simple, easy to understand manner. He has a very personal involvement with his clients and his hands-on approach allows him to understand their requirements and identify the factors that enable them to achieve their aims. His clients continue to benefit from his extensive tax and business knowledge and his ability to apply it to the real world. Malcolm is heavily involved in the local community through his work with the local schools and charities.

| Russel Warburton FCA - Russel brings a wealth of business expertise to clients of Ward Williams through his professional and commercial experience of over 25 years of dealing with business finance as both an adviser and a director. Russel qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1974. Since then he has worked in practice at partner level and in industry at senior director level. He has built an impressive client base of owner managed businesses, many of whom he has advised for over 20 years, and who rely on Russel as their finance director.
