Paul Flowerday AFA - Paul has worked at Ward Williams since 1995 and is our Practice Manager as well one of four senior managers.  In addition to practice management, his varied portfolio includes business start ups, charities, housing associations and owner managed businesses, through to UK subsidiaries of international companies. 

Paul's strengths lie in his organisational skills which, along with his extensive accounting experience, often finds him solving management accounting and systems problems for clients in our outsourcing department. In conjunction with Ward Williams HR, Paul also provides accounting staff recruitment services for clients, including candidate selection and interviewing.

Paul is married with two young boys and takes a keen interest in the village where he lives. He is currently Chairman of the Trustees of the village Pre-School.

Frances Parsons FCCA - Frances is one of our senior managers and heads up our corporate services department. Having qualified with the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants in the early 1990's and subsequently achieving an MBA in 2000, Frances has spent her career to date working solely within accountancy practice. She has accumulated experience in a very wide selection of industry sectors and worked with companies and groups of all sizes. She promotes quality, ethics and professionalism throughout our capable and enthusiastic corporate services team together with the importance of getting to know our clients and their businesses so that we can provide appropriate and timely advise and assistance.

Frances has a personal interest in working with the 'not for profit' sector and has over 15 years experience of providing audit and accountancy services to pension schemes and charities of all sizes

Sally Phillips - Sally has been with the practice for 9 years and became a senior manager in 2004. Sally is responsible for our office management, marketing, human resources and recruitment. Sally demonstrates excellent communication skills, has a professional and proactive attitude along with a great sense of humour.

Sally holds a CIPD affiliate membership, is currently studying employment law at CIPD and will hold the ACEL qualification in 2008.

Andrew Webb FCCA - Andrew is our senior manager responsible for the business services department. After he completed his AAT examinations, Andrew qualified with the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants with BDO Stoy Hayward in 1998. Andrew has extensive experience of providing accountancy solutions and associated taxation aspects to business start ups and owner managed businesses. He is also responsible for some larger audit clients including groups with overseas subsidiaries.

Andrew also oversees the management of our Bracknell Office. He prides himself in providing a personal and conscientious service to the clients he services. Andrew specialises in OMB advisory, business services solutions and audit and assurance.
