In addition to providing a full private client tax advisory service we also deliver specialist tax advice to companies and not for profit organisations. In particular we will advise on the tax implications of all types of business transactions, for example the sale or purchase of companies or of assets. Pre-transaction tax planning and advice are also available and complement our comprehensive corporate tax compliance service which relieves the regulatory burden otherwise suffered by companies and other organisations.
Regarding VAT, we are used to solving problems but also to implementing VAT strategies. After advising you how a particular transaction should be structured for optimum VAT exposure, we will travel with you in implementing that advice. With VAT being a tax on turnover rather than profit, it becomes of crucial importance, especially in connection with property purchase and sale, property development and international services.
