Sally has been with the Ward Williams group for ever and a day and became Managing Director of Ward Williams HR in 2007 when she became CIPD qualified.

Sally thrives on what she does, and enjoys the fantastic relationships she has built with her clients. Sally has a wealth of experience and knowledge and has witnessed a huge change in employment law and legislation over the last few years. Sally and her team assist their clients in numerous HR exercises, ensuring businesses are compliant with their responsibilities to their employees whilst ensuring the protection and best interests of the business.

Sally has an infectious laugh and a great sense of humour, which makes for a great working environment.
