Weybridge Community Regatta 2017

For the fourth year running Ward Williams took part in the Weybridge Community Regatta on 28^th July.

The regatta is organised by Weybridge Rowing Club, along the River Thames. The Regatta was created as a community initiative for local businesses to meet, network and compete in a sporting environment.

Ward Williams put forward a team of four budding rowers. The club gave the team some training and on the big day they competed against other similar teams. Our team did exceptionally well and managed to get to the semi-finals. The team was made up of: Matt Mansell, Emma Simmons, Nicola McKeogh & Ashley Clarke.

The rest of the team came out to support the rowers and it was a great day. We hope to support the event again next year.
