Company Secretarial service celebrates its 10 year anniversary

This service complements the accountancy department and is managed by Cathy Dilena.  Cathy and her team provide an efficient service using dedicated company secretarial software which provides for the maintenance of statutory registers. 

 

The department assists with regular compliance filings for example, the amendment to a registered office, completion of confirmation statements and updates to company officer details.  In addition, the department also provides technical assistance on share reorganisations including the drafting of board meeting minutes and the necessary filings at Companies House.
