Ward Williams Coronavirus Business Continuity Plan

Ward Williams Coronavirus Business Continuity Plan

Updated 23 June 2022

Following the economic disruption caused by Coronavirus (COVID19) over the past few years and now as we start to return to a new normality, we want to reassure you we have put in place sensible measures to ensure that Ward Williams is well prepared and well positioned to continue to provide our services.

Remote working & returning to the workplace

Many of our Ward Williams staff have now returned to the offices and some continue to have a hybrid working pattern. We already operate an agile working policy, which means our staff can work from home and can access our systems in a secure IT environment.

If you would like more information on these measures, please email: enquiries@wardwilliams.co.uk

Access to office & meetings

  • Our reception is now staffed full time Monday to Friday between 8.00 and 5.30pm should you need to drop off or collect records. We would recommend for Sunninghill clients that you call ahead first to ensure a member of staff is onsite and available.
  • We would like to make you aware that we continue to have video conferencing facilities should you wish to make alternative arrangements to face to face meetings.
  • We encourage our staff and visitors to continue to sanitise their hands and wear a mask at their discretion. Any member of staff who tests positive for COVID19 must work from home until a negative result is recorded

Your office contact will remain the same and will operate usual office hours and will be fully contactable by telephone and email.
