Mental Health Awareness Week at Ward Williams

Mental Health Awareness Week at Ward Williams
At Ward Williams, we recently marked Mental Health Awareness Week 2025 with a series of small but meaningful activities across our offices, all centred on this year’s theme: Community.
From team Welly Walks to cake bakes and green outfits, our people showed their support in creative and thoughtful ways. These moments weren’t just about participation, they were about connection. In a profession where pressure and performance are daily realities, taking time to check in and support one another really does matter.
The highlight of the week was our Wear It Green Day and cake competition, with team members across all three offices (and remote colleagues) joining in. Thanks to everyone’s generosity, we raised a grand total of £279.66 for the Mental Health Foundation, supporting vital mental health work across the UK. And Well done to our star baker Kelly Barnes who baked some incredibly delicious and beautiful looking green cakes.
While this campaign gave us a reason to talk more openly, mental health is something we’ll continue to prioritise throughout the year for our teams, and for the clients we work closely with every day.
