Auto-Enrolment

Auto-enrolment is a scheme introduced by the government requiring all employees to enrol people who work for them into a pension scheme. The aim is to help people have another income when they retire, on top of the State Pension.

​For a flat rate fee we will:

  • Register the scheme;
  • Assess the workforce;
  • Provide employee communications;
  • Submit contributions for each pay period (12 months’ contributions included in the £750 fee);
  • Manage opt-ins/ opt-outs/ new employees/ employees leaving;
  • Prepare and submit Declaration of Compliance;
  • Undertake administration involved as and when required;
  • Transfer them onto STAR and processing their contributions in their payroll (if we do your payroll).
