Service Charge Accounts

Ward Williams have a team that specialises in the needs of property management companies and service charge accounting requirements. We have extensive knowledge of this area, including ICAEW TECH 03/11 which sets out the requirements for Residential service charge accounts and the requirements where variable service charges are paid in accordance with a lease or tenancy agreement.

This knowledge together with over 20 years combined experience enables Ward Williams to offer the following services:

  • Preparation of annual service charge accounts in accordance with the requirements of ICAEW TECH 03/11;
  • Annual audit report or report of factual findings, depending on the requirements set out by the lease or tenancy agreement;
