Phil joined Ward Williams in 1995, starting as Manager to help consolidate a portfolio of clients. He became a Partner in 2001 and then Director in 2003, when the business incorporated.  

 

Phil is currently Managing Director and ensures Ward Williams operates as it should. This has led to taking on ad hoc projects to make this happen. Since Phil started, he has overseen the integration of the many acquisitions made by Ward Williams. In addition, he has responsibility for the IT systems across the business.
