Phil joined Ward Williams in 1995, starting as Manager to help consolidate a portfolio of clients. He became a Partner in 2001 and then Director in 2003, when the business incorporated.  

Phil is currently Managing Director and ensures Ward Williams operates as it should. This has led to taking on ad hoc projects to make this happen. Since Phil started, he has overseen the integration of the many acquisitions made by Ward Williams. In addition, he has responsibility for the IT systems across the business.

Ward Williams was founded in 1992 and now employs over 75 staff across its five offices.

Our client-focused services are delivered through two divisions: Chartered Accountants and HR Consultants, all working together from five locations in Weybridge, Uxbridge, Sunninghill, Bracknell and London.

Our business clients are entrepreneurial businesses operating in the UK and overseas in a wide range of sectors, covering marketing services, professional services, technology and innovation, defence, property and construction, distribution and manufacturing. Whilst we have a dedicated team of industry specialists, we prefer to focus on the people rather than the industry. We assist our business clients in maximising profitability, managing future tax costs and ultimately helping implement their business strategies.
