Ward Williams Chartered Accountants is delighted to announce the promotion of Dipesh Parmar to Estate Planning & Tax Director, recognising more than 20 years of dedicated service, outstanding technical expertise and his significant contribution to one of the firm's fastest-growing specialist service areas.
Having built his career during his Newby Crouch days through to Ward Williams today, Dipesh has become one of the firm's most trusted advisers. Throughout his 20-year career, he has supported individuals, families and business owners with complex personal tax matters, earning a reputation for providing thoughtful, practical advice and building long-standing relationships founded on trust, integrity and technical excellence.
In recent years, Dipesh has played a pivotal role in the continued development of the firm's Estate Planning services, working alongside Malcolm McKinnell, Founder and Estate Planning Director, to expand a specialist offering that has become an increasingly important part of the Ward Williams business.
As clients seek more holistic advice around succession, inheritance and protecting family wealth, demand for specialist Estate Planning services continues to grow. Ward Williams now supports clients with inheritance tax planning, succession planning, trusts, wills and probate, helping families make informed decisions with confidence.
The firm's expertise is also increasingly recognised by fellow professionals. Accountants, independent financial advisers, solicitors and other trusted advisers regularly work alongside Ward Williams where specialist Estate Planning and Probate expertise is required, reflecting the firm's growing reputation as a collaborative professional partner in this increasingly complex area.
As Estate Planning & Tax Director, Dipesh will continue to lead the growth and development of the department alongside Malcolm, further strengthening relationships with clients and professional referrers while continuing to enhance the firm's specialist offering.

Alongside Malcolm, he has helped develop an Estate Planning service that has become a real strength of our business and one that continues to grow in importance. Increasingly, we are supporting not only our own clients but also working alongside accountants, financial advisers and other professionals who trust us to provide specialist Estate Planning and Probate expertise for their clients.
This appointment recognises all that Dipesh has contributed over the past two decades and reflects our continued investment in building one of the region's leading Estate Planning teams."

"I am incredibly proud to be appointed Estate Planning & Tax Director. Having spent the past 20 years with the firm, it is a privilege to take on this role and continue building a service that is making a real difference to our clients and the professional advisers we work alongside.
Estate planning is about much more than tax. It is about helping people protect what they have worked hard to build, giving families clarity and confidence for the future and ensuring their wishes are carried forward for generations to come. I look forward to continuing to work alongside Malcolm and our wider team as we develop our Estate Planning services even further."
