Ward Williams strengthens leadership team with the appointment of Izabela Kuchmacz to the Board

Ward Williams is delighted to announce the appointment of Izabela Kuchmacz to the Board with effect from 1 August 2026.

Since joining Ward Williams in March 2024 as Head of Audit, Izabela has played a significant role in strengthening the firm's audit offering. Leading a growing team of both professionals and trainees, she has successfully overseen the continued delivery of high-quality audit services while helping shape the future direction of the department.

During her time with the firm, Izabela has also achieved Responsible Individual (RI) status, an important professional milestone that reflects both her technical expertise and the confidence placed in her by the profession. Her appointment to the Board recognises not only these achievements but also the valuable contribution she continues to make to the wider business.
